What are your delivery options and timeframes?

We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days across the UK mainland. Express next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM Monday through Thursday.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

There is no minimum order value at Tanners Wines; however, we offer free standard delivery on all orders over £150 to a single UK mainland address.

What happens if a bottle arrives broken or the wine is corked?

We take great care in packaging, but if any bottles arrive damaged or you suspect a wine is faulty, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?

Yes, you can add a complimentary gift message during the checkout process. We also offer premium gift wrapping and wooden presentation boxes for special occasions.

Do you offer Click & Collect services?

Absolutely. You can choose to collect your order from any of our Tanners retail branches. Simply select the 'Click & Collect' option and your preferred location at checkout.

How should I store my wine after delivery?

To maintain quality, we recommend storing your wine in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature, ideally away from direct sunlight and vibration.
