Contact Customer Service
Notify our team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to report any issues, such as corked wine or breakage during transit.
Secure the Package
Ensure the remaining liquid is kept in the bottle with the original cork or screwcap, and repackage it securely using the original protective transit materials.
Collection or Drop-off
We will arrange for a courier collection from your address or provide instructions for returning the items to one of our local Tanners branches.
Refund or Replacement
Once our cellarmaster inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement bottle immediately.
